MULTIPART FORMS

MULTIPART FORMS are forms that have the same artwork on 2, 3, 4, or 5 pages. They are printed on a stock called non carbonless required - also referred to as NCR. They can come in booklet form with a wraparound cover and a perf on one of the sides or the top for easy removal. In most cases, at least one copy stays in the book.

They can also be produced as loose sheets.

NCR forms are often used for proposals, contracts, invoices, sales receipts, vehicle inspections, requisitions, work orders, purchase orders, delivery documents, medical and insurance forms, employment applications, and virtually any other document that requires multiple copies.
